1. Refund Eligibility

2. Non-Refundable Items

- Credits that have been consumed through API usage
- Additional credit purchases (beyond the initial subscription)
- Services used beyond 30 days from initial purchase
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be:
- Processed within 5-10 business days

5. Partial Refunds
If you have used some credits but are still within the refund period:
- We may offer a partial refund based on unused credits
- The refund amount will be calculated as: (Unused Credits / Total Credits) × Purchase Price
- A minimum usage threshold of 10% applies
6. Free Trial and Credits
Our free tier (100 credits) is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds. If you upgrade from the free tier and request a refund, only the paid portion will be considered for refund.
7. Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- You can continue using your remaining credits until expiration
- Automatic renewals will be stopped

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company:
